You Made #GivingTuesday a Sparkling Success!
One week ago, you stepped up! For the Day of Giving that follows Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, you showed that you care for our theatre. Before business even opened, you matched the Henley Match of $10,000 donated by Candy and Jay Swick on behalf of our luminous instructor Pamela Henley.
Within two hours, you covered board member Carole Raymond’s $10,000 match. Board member Debbie Gericke, with her husband, Karl, wished to inspire more gifts and offered another $10,000. By the end of the day, $46,746 was raised. Carolyn and Ed Boudreaux offered a holiday match, getting us to $40,000. And then Lynne and Mike Doyle offered another $10,000 so that every dollar you gave was matched…and then some. Thank you to Legacy Circle member, Next Act donor, and Venice Theatre actor Daniel Cole and Mayor Pachota for keeping the match going!
